The fact that Softalicious installs without checking hosting environment/tech requirements should set alarm-bells ringing. You should really raise it with them; it's their product after all.Generally use Softaculous for on-the-fly installations, just to do quick tests of some features, i know how to install such software
Download the "official" package and use that.
